In the Thick of It

I'm in the thick of it...surrounded by boxes and mess (and stress!) everywhere I look. So far my brain hasn't exploded, but I know its only a question of time really. I just wanted to take advantage of a quick moment in which I am neither packing or sobbing (a rare moment to find, really) to let you know that I am still breathing. That seems like a feat in and of itself right now. Lets hope it continues.

I feel for you! I just went through that...it took me three weeks to pack three boxes...luckily my amazing, pro-active boyfriend stayed up 48 hours to pack everything in the house up before the movers arrived (or rather mostly everything before the movers arrived!) Moving sucks sucks sucks. But your new place looks beautiful. I'm the loser former River City, Dixieland resident who can't quite place where this is....

sorry about the woe. will be glad to hear it's over, and you're settled in the new nest.

Just remember that soon you will be settled into you nice new spacious place in River City (I thought that was in Iowa). It will all make for a wonderful story to use as a guilt trip on the young one.
For the record, although Catholic guilt and Jewish guilt may cancel each other out, using guilt to manipulate the kids is perfectly acceptable.
All our best!

Okay, can I just tell u I love u???

You are super woman...u and Matt and Carlos will have to share war-moving-stories, as I was absent through my move.....

Alas, bless the little monkey for bringing u closer to me.
